Bic Pens and Markers = One happy teacher

Ask any teacher and she (or he) will tell you her (or his) all time favorite pen or marker.  Some pens are just better!  Bic pens and markers have always been my favorites.  I was thrilled when office supplies asked me to review several different types of Bic pens and markers!

The Bic Tech 2 in 1 Retractable Ball Pen and Stylus
This pen comes in two colors, pink and blue (ink is black).  Both retractable pens have an easy glide stylus that works great with any touch screen.

The Bic Intensity Permanent Pen
This is a great pen!  It glides smoothly across the paper without smearing or bleeding through the paper.

The Bic Atlantis Ballpoint Retractable Pen
I love this pen because it write in PINK ink!!  My students get a little tired of red ink.  I'm sure this color will brighten their day.  I also like the soft cushion grip that it offers as well.

The Bic Velocity Roller Ball Retractable Gel Pen
This pen is one of my favorites by Bic because of the grip.  It just fits right in my hand as I write with it.  The gel ink makes smooth lines.

The Bic Mark it Grip Permanent Marker Set
This set is great for making an anchor chart.  I like to use fat markers for the letters and fine tip markers for the details.  These markers are perfect for making the little details to make the chart cute!

Whoa, where did the school year go?? And a quick giveaway!!

They say time flies when you're having fun.  If that's the case, this school year was a blast!  I can't believe we only have eight days of school left.  The end of the school year can be an exciting time for students and teachers.  I try to keep on a schedule up until the last possible moment with as little down time as possible!  One of the ways I've kept students engaged the last couple of days is by using my That's A Wrap End of the School Year Question Jar.

Any time we have a few minutes here or there, I have a student pull a question out of the jar.  All of the questions allow students to reflect on the school year.  Sometimes we answer the questions in whole group, other times I have them buddy share their answers.  This past Friday we used the question as our Friday writing prompt.

I'm hoping the questions will also help refresh their memory as we start our end of the year memory books next week!  You can check the That's A Wrap Jar out in my TpT store.  I would love to give it away to one lucky winner!  Simply comment with your favorite end of the year activity and I'll choose a winner tomorrow night.  Can't wait to hear all your ideas!
